At pluscurvyclothing.com, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a return, exchange, or refund.

How to Return

  1. Request a Return – Contact our customer service team to initiate your return.
  2. Pack Your Item – Securely package the item in its original condition.
  3. Send It Back – Return the item using your preferred shipping method.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and let us know what you’d like instead. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or accessories unless faulty.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval.

Sale Items

Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
